Integral Senior Living Announces Divisional Vice Presidents of Sales and Marketing


CARLSBAD, CA September 2015 — Integral Senior Living (ISL), a premier senior resident

management company is pleased to announce it has promoted Jeffery Smith and Carrie Delaney

to Divisional Vice Presidents of Sales and Marketing. The newly created positions will help

support the company’s growth moving forward.

“Jeffery and Carrie have consistently brought creativity, commitment and professionalism as

Regional Marketing Directors for ISL. We fully recognize their talent and felt each would be a

perfect fit for the newly created positions,” said Collette Valentine, CEO/COO of ISL.

Jeffery brings over 22 years of Divisional and Regional Management experience into this

position.  He joined ISL in 2012 as a regional marketing director. Prior to which Jeffery spent 13

years in the commercial real estate industry of Executive Suite Office Leasing.  As Regional

Vice President of Sales, he oversaw up to 36 Business Units in multiple states for industry

leading companies HQ Global Workplaces and Regus Offices. He has over nine years of

experience in the Senior Living industry. He held a Divisional Sales role with Atria Senior

Living, and just prior to joining ISL; he served in Regional Sales for Merrill Gardens.  He

graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor’s Degree in History. 

He also maintains a California Real Estate Broker’s License. 

Carrie brings over 12 years of senior living industry experience into this position.  She began her

senior living career with Brookdale Senior Living and then continued to gain knowledge and

experience with Atria Senior Living.  Carrie started with Atria as a Community Sales Director

and was promoted to Divisional Sales Specialist and then on to Regional Sales Manager. In

2009, Carrie joined Integral Senior Living as a Regional Marketing Director. She graduated from

University of Nevada Las Vegas, with a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts Management.
