The Pointe at Lifespring Breaks Ground

KNOXVILLE, TN (August, 2015) — The Pointe at Lifespring, a new senior living community, recently broke ground. Located in Knoxville, Tennessee, the new assisted living and memory care community is expected to be complete and ready for occupancy in the summer of 2016.

“The Pointe at Lifespring represents the best in what seniors can expect from exceptional living. Integral Senior Living Announces Divisional Vice Presidents of Sales and Marketing

CARLSBAD, CA September 2015 — Integral Senior Living (ISL), a premier senior resident

management company is pleased to announce it has promoted Jeffery Smith and Carrie Delaney

to Divisional Vice Presidents of Sales and Marketing. The newly created positions will help

support the company’s growth moving forward.

Regional Marketing Directors for ISL. We fully recognize their talent and felt each would be a

Jeffery brings over 22 years of Divisional and Regional Management experience into this

position.  He joined ISL in 2012 as a regional marketing director. Prior to which Jeffery spent 13

years in the commercial real estate industry of Executive Suite Office Leasing.  As Regional

Vice President of Sales, he oversaw up to 36 Business Units in multiple states for industry

leading companies HQ Global Workplaces and Regus Offices. He has over nine years of

experience in the Senior Living industry. He held a Divisional Sales role with Atria Senior

Living, and just prior to joining ISL; he served in Regional Sales for Merrill Gardens.  He

graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor’s Degree in History. 

He also maintains a California Real Estate Broker’s License. 

Carrie brings over 12 years of senior living industry experience into this position.  She began her

senior living career with Brookdale Senior Living and then continued to gain knowledge and

experience with Atria Senior Living.  Carrie started with Atria as a Community Sales Director

and was promoted to Divisional Sales Specialist and then on to Regional Sales Manager. In

2009, Carrie joined Integral Senior Living as a Regional Marketing Director. She graduated from

University of Nevada Las Vegas, with a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts Management.

Integral Senior Living to Manage Topanga Park Retirement Living

CARLSBAD, CA (August, 2015) — Integral Senior Living (ISL), a premier senior resident

management company, is pleased to announce it has been chosen by DiNapoli Capital

Partners (DCP) to manage Topanga Park Assisted Living, an assisted living and

memory care community located in Canoga Park, California. This is the second

community ISL has managed on behalf of DCP. The community is planning a major

remodel in order to meet the expectations and better serve the residents and

marketplace.

ISL Inspires

At ISL we are always looking at new ways to innovate. Staying true to our mission, we are excited to announce a new program called ISL Inspires. The premise behind it is to give back to our local communities in some way. For example, the corporate office recently put together goodie bags for sick children at a local children’s hospital in San Diego. This was a great way for us to bond together doing something charitable to benefit others and give back. Our plan is to do something at a minimum of twice a year together at the corporate office to benefit this children’s hospital. Collette Valentine, our CEO/COO and two corporate staff members, Derrica and Cassondra, went to deliver the goodie bags recently and they said it was absolutely heartwarming.

We are challenging all of our communities to do something similar in their own community, encouraging them to work together to find a common cause and activity to inspire them!

In addition we will start kicking off all of our annual meeting team building events with something that gives back to the local community that our meeting is held in each year. For example, for our next executive director meeting we will work with a local organization in San Antonio, Texas. We will do this for all annual meetings and bi-annual meetings we host moving forward.

Located in the Northland area of Kansas City, Missouri, the community anticipates breaking ground in summer 2015 and opening summer 2016.
