Paramount Court Director Recognized for Excellence

TURLOCK, CA (October 2016) The California Assisted Living Association (CALA) recently announced that Will Pringle, executive director of Paramount Court, a community managed by ISL, was named the recipient of a prestigious scholarship. To support CALA members in their pursuit to provide excellent care and service to residents, while employing sound business practices, the University of Southern California, Davis School of Gerontology recently offered the opportunity for a qualified CALA member to receive a full scholarship* to complete a graduate level degree in its program. Will was chosen as the 2016 recipient to attend the University of Southern California, Davis School of Gerontology. He has chosen to pursue his degree in Master of Long Term Care Administration.

The USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology explores all aspects of human development and aging. Coursework and rich research opportunities in biology, psychology, sociology, policy, and aging services offer a unique, multidisciplinary curriculum.

Mr.Pringle has worked in long term care for over 10 years and at Paramount Court since February of this year. In his role as Executive Director, Will manages the staff, vendors and resident’s, overseeing all aspects of this thriving senior living community.

It is my chosen life path and I frankly can’t imagine my life devoid of it…My personal experiences in the field of aging have truly shaped me as a person.  My residents have improved my life and I constantly strive to improve their lives, I’m able to accomplish this through my three personal pillars, service, integrity and accountability,” adds Pringle.
