CARLSBAD, CA(January 7, 2016) — Grande Oak Village, a new senior living community, is breaking ground on a large scale development. The first phase of the development is expected to be complete in early 2017. The community is owned by The Bethel Assembly of God and managed by Integral Senior Living (ISL), a premier senior living management company.

“The development of Grande Oak Village will provide many jobs to help the economy of Tulare and offer a tremendous increase in services to our seniors. The second building, The Residence, will offer 70 units of independent living consisting of studios, one and two bedroom apartments. The third building, The Grande Oak Apartments, will offer 82 units of senior apartments consisting of one, two, and three bedroom apartment homes.
