Construction begins on assisted living, memory care community in Sparks, Nevada

Integral Senior Living (ISL), a premier senior living management company, has assumed management of a new assisted living and memory care community that will break ground on construction in early August.
“This milestone event marks the exciting start of construction on a new assisted living and memory care community in Sparks, Nevada,” said Justin Hobson, partner at Investcor Development. “Our dedicated team has designed a community that will provide residents with comfortable, stylish accommodations and spacious, inviting amenities both indoors and out.”
The community is being developed by Investcor Development, a privately owned real estate development company, in partnership with Bow River Capital and SMC Construction. The community, set to open in early 2022 within the Kiley Ranch Master Planned Community, will total 74,000 square feet and feature 90 units with 66 one- and two-bedroom assisted living and 24 memory care.
“Bow River Capital’s continued focus on senior housing is supported by our experience and past success in the area,” said Nicholas Koncilja, managing director at Bow River Capital. “We are excited to be partnering with ISL and Investcor Development on the new Kiley Ranch project.”
The community will be managed by ISL and have all the hallmarks of other ISL communities, including its Elevate® dining, Vibrant Life® and Generations Memory Care programs, in addition to its commitment to personalized, compassionate care.
