Integral Senior Living Adds Regional Director

CARLSBAD, CA. (June 6, 2016) Integral Senior Living (ISL), a premier senior living management company, is pleased to announce it has hired Leslie Quintanar as a new Regional Director of Operations. In her role, Leslie is responsible for the operations of several ISL communities.

Leslie has over 16 years of experience in the senior living industry. Most recently she was a Regional Operations Director for Pacifica Senior Living. Prior to which she was an Executive Director for Pacifica, MBK Senior Living and Emeritus Senior Living. Earlier in her career she worked for UCP Central PA Homecare/Companion Services as a Program Director and as an Activity Director and Director of Resident Relations for Carlsbad by the Sea.

Leslie has consistently taken on roles that have allowed her to expand the scope of her influence while making a positive impact upon the senior living industry. From piloting a fine arts program that was launched company-wide to opening a multi-level luxury flagship property, she always delights in new ventures and welcomes opportunities to exceed expectations. Her experience in both private and publicly held senior living companies, as well as holding AL licensure in two states (PA and CA) adds further depth to her of understanding of the operations of senior living communities and gives her a keen eye for assessing operations and troubleshooting tough operational issues.
