Integral Senior Living announces management of four new communities

CARLSBAD, Calif. (Jan. 9, 2020) – Integral Senior Living, a premier senior living community management company, has assumed management of four senior living communities in Tennessee, California and Florida:

• Las Villas del Norte in Escondido, Calif.
• South High Senior Living in Knoxville, Tenn.
• Valley Vista Senior Living in Van Nuys, Calif.
• The Capstone at Royal Palm in Royal Palm Beach, Fla.

While ISL will assume management, all four communities have different owners. Las Villas del Norte is now owned by DiNapoli Capital, South High Senior Living is a new build owned by Dover Signature Properties, Valley Vista Senior Living is a new build owned by Landmark View Inc., and The Capstone at Royal Palm is a new build owned by Hunt Midwest.
By joining the ISL family, the communities will have access to the full suite of programs ISL has refined from years of offering the utmost levels of care for its residents. Amenities like Vibrant Life®, Generations Memory Care and Elevate® dining will be added to the new communities to enhance the experience expected of an ISL community.

ISL’s management of all four communities is currently in effect.
