Integral Senior Living to Manage Topanga Park Retirement Living

CARLSBAD, CA (August, 2015) — Integral Senior Living (ISL), a premier senior resident

management company, is pleased to announce it has been chosen by DiNapoli Capital

Partners (DCP) to manage Topanga Park Assisted Living, an assisted living and

memory care community located in Canoga Park, California. This is the second

community ISL has managed on behalf of DCP. The community is planning a major

remodel in order to meet the expectations and better serve the residents and

marketplace.

Built in 1981, Topanga Park Assisted Living currently offers 90 assisted living and

memory care apartments.  Over the next 24 months, DCP will invest several million

dollars into the community. The renovations will include major enhancements to the

exterior, common space, outdoor area and units. Other improvements will include

updated mechanical equipment, life safety systems and new technology like free Wi Fi.
