Integral Senior Living recognized as a top workplace in San Diego County

Integral Senior Living (ISL), a premier provider of senior living management services in more than 100 communities across the country, has been named one of the top 12 places to work in the area.

Sponsored by The San Diego Union-Tribune, the award is presented to employers in San Diego County based on an anonymous employee survey that gathers responses regarding issues relating to workplace culture, including work-life balance, opportunity for growth and great management.

“We’ve always known that our associates are the most important factor in our success. To provide an excellent senior living experience to our residents, our associates need to feel empowered by their work,” said Collette Gray, president and CEO at Integral Senior Living. “That our people are fulfilled by their workplace experience is one of the most important metrics of success we could hope to achieve.”

To be eligible, The San Diego Union-Tribune mandates that a company must be located in San Diego County and employ at least 50 people. All employers are eligible, including public, private, nonprofit and governmental, and there is no cost to enter the Top Workplaces program.
