Regional Director of Operations
Monica brings a wealth of experience in finance, human resources, talent management, and business operations. She began her career in Accounting and Finance with the United States Air Force, where she developed a strong foundation in financial management. After her service, Monica discovered her passion for Human Resources while working at a technology start-up, where she was entrusted with overseeing both HR and financial operations.
Throughout her career, Monica has gained extensive experience across the technology, education, and senior living sectors. She has most recently found her calling as a regional operator, where she has been responsible for managing multiple teams and ensuring operational efficiency while working to enhance the lives of residents. In this capacity, Monica has continued to refine her extensive leadership skills, driving performance improvements and implementing strategies that align financial and people management with organizational goals.
Monica holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Northcentral University and an MBA in Organizational Development from Upper Iowa University. Outside of work, she enjoys hot yoga, traveling, and spending quality time with her adult children.
