With over 17 years of progressive leadership experience in senior living and serving as an executive director for 12, Nathan Condie has been with ISL for over two years and was named ED of the Year in 2023. Nathan was promoted to senior executive director at The Terraces of Roseville in 2022 and served as area director in 2023. He is passionate about what he does every day, creating an environment where his team members are happy, which in turn makes for happy residents.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys spending time with his amazing wife, 12-year-old son, 9-year-old daughter, six chickens, three dogs and cat. As a passionate soccer fan, Nathan takes the opportunity to play or watch every chance he gets (with more watching than playing these days). When it comes to cheering on a favorite team, Nathan is a loyal San Francisco 49ers fan.
