Pam Hardesty brings more than 15 years of experience in the senior living industry, including the past six years as a Regional Director of Operations. With a master’s degree in Human Services, specializing in gerontology and dementia, Pam is a proven leader committed to driving operational excellence across senior living communities.
Throughout her career, Pam has built and led high-performing teams focused on delivering exceptional care through cultures rooted in dignity and service. Her background in Human Services gives her a unique perspective on the emotional and social needs of seniors, enabling her to empower teams that deliver measurable results and create meaningful experiences. Pam is deeply passionate about ensuring that those she leads and those we serve experience vibrant, joyful, and supportive environments that promote aging with grace and purpose.
Pam and her husband live outside of Salt Lake City in a small rural town. In their free time, Pam and her husband enjoy taking road trips and taking care of their mini farm.
