Amy Robinson has over 30 years of experience working in the culinary industry. After earning her culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu, Amy began her career in the hospitality industry in Las Vegas as an executive pastry chef. She discovered the senior living industry in 2012, and quickly fell in love. In 2016, Amy joined Integral Senior Living as a culinary service director, was quickly promoted to senior culinary service director, and then promoted again to a regional role with Solstice Senior Living. Today, Amy is the national director of Culinary Services for Integral Senior Living and Solstice Senior Living. She has created and implemented several culinary, mentorship and training programs, and has personally mentored many chefs. Amy’s passion – and specialty – is restructuring distressed programs and rebuilding teams.
