Human Resources Director (Kansas City, MO) – We are adding a Human Resources Director to our team!  We are looking for an experienced Human Resources professional with 3+ years of multi-site HR experience.  Preferably this person will have their SPHR or PHR credential.  The  position is located in the Kansas City area.
Executive Director (Rancho Santa Fe, CA) – We are looking for an Executive Director to open up our high-end community located in the Rancho Santa Fe area of San Diego.  This community will finish construction in the next 6 weeks and begin the employee on-boarding process and moving in residents.  The ideal candidate is an experience Executive Director with 3+ years of experience in a high-end/upscale community.

Executive Director (Oxnard, CA) – GREAT OPPORTUNITY for an Experienced Executive Director in Senior Living

Integral Senior Living (ISL), an industry leading Senior Management Company, seeks a kind, professional, experienced, hands-on Executive Director with great customer service skills to oversee all aspects of opening a high quality Senior Living Community located in Oxnard, CA.

This is a regular, full time position and may include some weekend work. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Develop the property’s marketing, public relations and advertising programs
  • Grow referral bases and promote the property value and programs
  • Stay on top of market trends and continually update marketing strategies and action plans to meet census goals
  • Generate and manage leads to qualify and implement “move ins”
