While our main office is located in Carlsbad, California, we manage and operate more than 100 communities across the country.

Human Resources Directors
Led by Vice President of Human Resources Cathy Battles and Vice President of Talent Management Gerry Jackson, our human resources team partners with the associates and management teams of our communities to create an empowering working environment that supports ISL’s culture and its tenets. Through a strong partnership with the communities, the experienced HR Team and Talent Acquisition Team handle a wide range of responsibilities, including associate relations, training and development, group health benefits, and legal compliance.
