Regional Vice President of Operations
Courtney brings over a decade of experience in the senior living industry, having progressed through a variety of operational roles. Her journey began while earning a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Sacramento State University. During that time, she began her career in senior living as a concierge and server at a local assisted living community. Since then, she has held several leadership positions, including Business Office Manager, Executive Director, and most recently, Regional Director of Operations.
Courtney is deeply committed to operational excellence, team development, and ensuring the highest quality of care for residents.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys running, reading, and spending quality time with her family, especially during their regular game nights.
