Laura Fischer, President of Integral Senior Living, brings over 23 years of experience in the senior living industry. She joined ISL in April 2024 as Chief Operating Officer and quickly made a significant impact, leveraging her deep operational expertise and passion for serving seniors. Laura leads with vision and a deep commitment to associates, residents, and their families.
Her career spans multiple leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Operations, Regional Director of Operations, and Executive Director, giving her a comprehensive understanding of community operations from the ground up. Laura currently serves on the Argentum board of directors and as Treasurer on the board of directors for the California Assisted Living Association. She earned her B.A. degree in business and MBA from Arizona State University.
