Chief Operating Officer
Laura Fischer joins Integral Senior Living with more than 23 years of experience in the senior living industry, most recently serving as the West division vice president for Brookdale Senior Living. She also has experience at the vice president of operations, regional director of operations and executive director levels. She earned her B.A. degree in business and MBA from Arizona State University.
Laura currently serves as treasurer on the board of directors for the California Assisted Living Association.
As chief operating officer for Integral Senior Living, Laura is tasked with overseeing all operations functions, setting goals for performance and growth, and creating and implementing business strategies for execution.
