Angela Spence

Angela Spence joins Integral Senior Living as a regional vice president of Operations. A Colorado native and nature-lover through and through, Angela was born in Denver and raised in a cabin near Winter Park, Colorado. Being raised in a small town meant that everyone was family, and that small-town spirit has shaped how she creates relationships today.

After graduating with a degree in business administration, Angela launched her career in retail with PetSmart. She served several roles in her 17 years with the company, but her role in opening new stores was her favorite. Her passion is to mentor teams and give them the tools they need to be successful. After making the decision to leave PetSmart to spend time with her family, she found a role in senior living and hasn’t looked back.

During Angela’s career in senior living, she has held several roles, including HR, sales, executive director, and various district, regional and VP roles. Her driving force has been a strong customer focus and positive attitude. When Angela isn’t behind her computer, you might see her at the top of a mountain peak in Colorado, walking her dogs or getting in some retail therapy.
