Zachary Butcher brings more than 15 years of experience in the senior living industry. He is recognized for his strategic vision, operational excellence, and unwavering commitment to resident centered care. Since joining ISL as Vice President of Operations in 2024, Zachary has played a pivotal role in driving performance, elevating quality standards and fostering a culture of innovation. His leadership approach combines data-driven strategy with a solid understanding of what it takes to create exceptional experiences for residents, families, and team members.
Zachary earned his bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and holds an MBA with a concentration in Health Care Management from Western Governors University.
Prior to joining ISL, Zachary held progressive leadership roles across the senior living sector, including Sales Manager and Executive Director, Vice President of Operations at Brookdale Senior Living supporting 75+ communities, and Chief Operating Officer at Novellus Living. His diverse sales and operational background provide him with a comprehensive perspective on community performance, growth strategy, and organizational excellence.
