Regional Vice President of Operations
Mark Maclaine began his career in commercial construction, working as a general contractor for nearly a decade before transitioning into the senior living industry. His entry into the field came through a role in the development team at Belmont Village, where he was involved in the planning and execution of new communities.
Over the following ten years, Mark gained extensive experience across key areas of senior living, including development, pre-opening operations, stabilized operations, and transitions/acquisitions. Now based in Northern California, he brings a well-rounded operational perspective and a commitment to supporting communities, residents, and team members in his role at Integral Senior Living. Mark attended Southwest Texas State University where he studied business management.
