Brandy McCauley, Executive Director of The Palms at Bonaventure, Receives CALA Excellence in Service Award for Outstanding Leadership

We’re thrilled to celebrate our very own Brandy McCauley, Executive Director of The Palms at Bonaventure, who has been honored by the California Assisted Living Association with the Excellence in Service Award!

After joining The Palms in 2009 as a Charge Nurse, Brandy’s compassion and leadership quickly propelled her into key roles – including Memory Care Coordinator and, since 2014, Executive Director. Under her leadership, The Palms has flourished as a community built on warmth, respect, and exceptional care. Her dedication to residents, families, and team members embodies the heart of assisted living.
