Integral Senior Living names new regional VP of operations

CARLSBAD, Calif. – Integral Senior Living (ISL), a premier senior living management company, has named Lori Silinskie to the role of regional vice president of Operations. 

Silinskie joins ISL after a successful career in the senior housing industry. Working in both public and private organizations for more than 30 years, Silinskie has led and managed senior living portfolios as large as 7,000 units and a quarter-billion dollars in annual revenue. Most recently, she led her own company to success providing support to private owners and equity firms with deal evaluation through acquisition transition, as well as operational and sales strategic intervention and positioning for divestiture. 

“Lori is joining ISL with a wealth of experience in our industry and a great passion for helping seniors live their best lives,” said Collette Gray, Integral Senior Living’s president and CEO. “She’ll play a big role in helping ISL maintain its place as one of the top senior living management companies.” 

In her new role, Silinskie will be responsible for overseeing the operations of several ISL communities. 

In her spare time, Silinskie enjoys time with family, pets and friends, as well as offering service to others in the community. She volunteers for foster family meal provision and monthly Atlanta Feed the Homeless and recently spent time during the pandemic supporting and teaching at her church’s children’s learning lab.
