Regional Director of Operations
Dr. Stephanie Koffman is an experienced administrator with a demonstrated professional history of over 10 years working with senior living communities in different capacities within the private and nonprofit sectors. She holds both a master’s degree and Ph.D. in social work from Yeshiva University, where her dissertation was titled “Purpose and Quality of Life Among Assisted Living Residents.” In addition to her scholarly achievements, she is proud of her involvement in the development and creation of an executive director training and mentorship program, as well as enhancing a tech program focused on associate engagement. Stephanie was recently an executive director with many high-end communities in New York and California.
Stephanie enjoys all forms of working out and being active, as well as spending time with friends and family. She is eager to re-join the ISL family and its amazing culture in this new role.
