Elliott Bray brings nearly a decade of senior living experience to his role as Divisional Vice President of Sales for Integral Senior Living. He is responsible for guiding sales strategy across a national portfolio of communities, with a focus on aligning people, process, and performance to achieve strong, sustainable growth.

With an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Central Arkansas, Elliott has held roles spanning community sales, Executive Director, and most recently Regional Sales Director. This breadth of experience gives him a clear understanding of both the operational and cultural drivers of occupancy and success.

Elliott is recognized for his disciplined, data-informed approach to decision making while never losing sight of what matters most: the families who are exploring senior living for the first time.
