Benjamin Bankofsky is a seasoned senior living leader with a career defined by progressive advancement across both sales and operations. His leadership roles include Sales Director, Executive Director, Regional Vice President of Sales, and most recently, Regional Vice President of Operations.
With more than 17 years of experience in senior living, Benjamin has demonstrated a strong command of operational performance, consistently leading high-performing teams, improving efficiency, and driving sustainable occupancy growth. Across every role, his leadership is guided by a clear focus on business fundamentals—delivering exceptional service, making sound decisions, simplifying processes, fostering positive team culture, and maintaining a genuine passion for the work.
Benjamin studied Sociology at California State University, San Marcos, which helped shape the foundation of his people-centered, results-driven leadership approach.
