Regional Vice President of Operations
Benjamin Bankofsky brings over 17 years of experience in senior living to the Integral Senior Living team. Before beginning his professional journey, he studied Sociology at California State University, San Marcos. Since then, his career has been marked by progressive leadership roles, including Sales Director, Executive Director, Regional Vice President of Sales, and most recently, Regional Vice President of Operations.
Benjamin has demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence by consistently leading high-performing teams and driving occupancy growth. No matter the role, his leadership is always focused on what he believes matters most: great service, doing the right thing, keeping it simple, having fun, and truly loving the work.
Outside of work, Benjamin enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their two daughters. Whether tossing a football, exploring new wine tasting spots, or cruising to the lake, he values moments that bring family and fun together.
