Kena Phillips joined the Integral Senior Living team in September 2023 with over 20 years of experience in senior services and housing. Her work in senior living includes not only the day-to-day oversight of operations, but training and mentorship of executive directors and developing protocols for team development, dementia care, employee motivation and engagement, and innovative care initiatives. Since that time, she has served in positions including executive director of Assisted Living, area director of Operations, national director of Clinical Services (Dementia), regional director of Operations and now regional vice president of Operations.

Kena has served with the Alzheimer’s Association, the National Council on Aging and the National Coalition of Rural Aging, as well as several community-based organizations.

She holds a B.A. degree in sociology from Texas Tech University and has completed graduate work in sociology at Texas Tech, mediation programming at Texas Tech University School of Law and the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator course at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Outside of work, Kena enjoys traveling, hunting, fishing, riding motorcycles, and spending time with her friends and family.
