Laura Fischer joined ISL in April of 2024 with more than 23 years of leadership experience in the senior living industry. She has a track record of restoring value to underperforming assets and delivering measurable performance gains through operational excellence and strategic execution. Laura leads with vision and a deep commitment to associates, residents, and their families.
Her career spans leadership roles across community, regional, and senior executive levels, including Senior Vice President of Operations, Regional Director of Operations, and Executive Director. Prior to joining ISL, Laura led 330+ communities across 18 states as West Division Vice President with Brookdale Senior Living and previously held multi-site roles with Sunrise Senior Living.
Beyond her work at ISL, Laura is an active leader in the industry. She currently serves as Treasurer on the California Assisted Living Association Board of Directors and as a member of the Argentum Board of Directors. Laura earned her bachelor’s degree in business and MBA from Arizona State University.
