Divisional Director of Resident Engagement
Laurie Angus is the Divisional Director of Resident Engagement at Integral Senior Living, where she oversees the innovation and compliance of resident engagement programs for Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. She is responsible for advancing ISL’s signature GENERATIONS and SHINE memory care programs, guiding training and quality assurance initiatives, and supporting operational excellence across regional teams and communities.
Laurie has built a strong foundation in executive support, operations, and program administration. She previously held leadership support roles at Boys Town and Solstice Senior Living before joining ISL in 2020. Since then, she has advanced through several roles most recently serving as Divisional Human Resources Administrative Specialist. Laurie studied at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
