Divisional Director of Resident Engagement
Laurie Angus serves as Divisional Director of Resident Engagement at Integral Senior Living (ISL). In this role, she oversees strategy, compliance, and innovation in Assisted Living and Memory Care programs, including the GENERATIONS & SHINE initiatives. She provides training, quality assurance, and operational support to ISL communities and regional teams.
Laurie brings more than 15 years of executive support and operational experience. She previously supported leadership at Boys Town in Nebraska before joining Solstice Senior Living in 2017 as Operations Support Coordinator. At ISL, she advanced through several leadership roles—including Executive Assistant, Support Center Manager, and Divisional HR Administrative Specialist—before stepping into her current position.
Based in Carlsbad, CA, Laurie enjoys time with her four grandchildren, beach days with family and friends, and cheering on the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
