Nancy Plascencia brings over fifteen years of experience to the culinary world. She has grown her career with Integral Senior Living from where she started as a Culinary Services Director. She is driven to create meaningful impact by sharing her love for her Mexican American traditional cuisine and her enjoyment of exploring, eating, and cooking foods from all cultures. Nancy’s greatest passion is coaching and mentoring culinary teams, not only in scratch cooking and creative development but also in achieving long-term financial success.
Nancy cherishes her time with her family. She is an avid traveler who finds peace in nature and excitement in long road trips. When it’s time to recharge, you’ll likely find her off-roading on her ATV.
