Known for his collaborative, results-driven approach, he has consistently built high-performing teams and championed exceptional experiences for residents and their families, all while delivering strong operational outcomes.
Since 2012, Usbaldo has held increasingly senior roles spanning Executive Director, Area Director of Operations, Regional Director of Operations, and Vice President of Operations. Throughout his career, he has led diverse senior living portfolios with a focus on operational excellence and measurable performance.
Usbaldo holds his Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Arizona State University and MBA from California Baptist University.
