Director of Clinical Services
Josh Allen, R.N., is the director of Clinical Services and has over two decades of experience in the senior living industry. He has worked in various leadership roles where he has overseen health services, staff development, recruiting and regulatory compliance. Josh is certified in assisted living nursing by the American Assisted Living Nurses Association. In this role, Josh consults on clinical best practices, risk management and legal cases, including testifying as an expert on assisted living standards of care.
Josh has spearheaded response to the COVID-19 pandemic for senior living communities across the U.S., including serving as a designated COVID-19 consultant to the California Department of Social Services.
Outside of work, Josh serves on the board of directors of the California Assisted Living Association and is the past board chair of the Center for Excellence in Assisted Living.
